To make a booking with Kent and Sussex Rider training you will first need to telephone one of our contact numbers and discuss in full your needs and requirements with a member of the team.

Once the correct course has been identified you need to make absolutely certain that the dates you choose are suitable and you have any documents you need to be able to proceed with your course.

To make a confirmed booking payment has to be made in full, usually with debit or credit card payment over the telephone.You can pay by cash on site if you wish but this will need to be pre-arranged through the office.Once a booking is confirmed and paid for, the course slot is then yours. You will be sent a confirmed appointment card and receipt by first class post the same day. Because we can incur expenses on your behalf immediately, and have to set aside resourses for a set date and times which, from that moment on, we cannot continue to offer to other students, the booking once made is non refundable.If a course has to be cancelled by us because of bad weather, breakdown or DSA test cancellation. We will always offer you a suitable alternative booking at no cost to yourself, although in the event of some DSA cancellations you may have to pay up front additional expenses to us that are recoverable by you from DSA.Whilst the booking terms may seem rather blunt, in reality if anyone who has a booking with us subsequently has a genuine problem attending, we always try our absolute best to find someone to cover your booking or will be happy for you to find your own substitute. There may be unavoidable costs such as lost test fees but more often than not we can offer help in moving a booking to a suitable later date. If in any doubt about a booking please contact us as soon as possible since the more time we have, the better our chances of being able to help you out.
